Hi, Lisa as you may be aware Expert4x (Alex) is releasing a prop firm crusher EA. Before the cat gets out of the bag on this EA, I would love to trade this new EA on a Darwinex account, but from what I am reading in the comments about this new EA it looks like the settings are set in stone and this means anyone using the EA are using the same set files which could be a problem. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Hi, while I am not trading with the Prop Crusher myself, I have been keeping an eye on it, and have done a quick analysis on the EA’s trading style. Looks like a different variation of the TPR. I can see multiple open trades open at a time per currency, with varying lot sizes, and closing at the same time. I am guessing it needs HIGH leverage to operate, and can have trades open for a long time, similar to the TPR. Please watch this video from Petko https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpET8F_i_3U&t=1s where he reveals the Darwinex system is limited to 1:10 leverage. This is NOT suitable for the TPR, and hence I suspect not suitable for Darwinex Zero as well.
Also, there is a rule that if your account is at least 80% correlation with another account with a higher Darwinex score, it won’t get funding. Sorry, I can’t find the link. The first person MAY get funding, but if everyone is copy trading the same account, subsequent accounts copying the same system won’t get funding.
And I also think you can’t just go down to the minimum copy ratio like 1% for copying the Prop Crusher, because at lower lot sizes, the multiplier effect is skewed, meaning your results will differ greatly from Alex’s account.
Just my 2 cents. I don’t believe The PROP crusher is suitable for Darwinex. Perhaps FTMO might be better, especially since they just removed the time restrictions – Not a recommendation.
